Return and Refund Policy
You can return your purchase simply by following the guidelines below:
- Product(s) can only be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by proof of purchase, provided other return conditions are met.
- Product(s) must be in like-new condition unless defective when sold. "Like New" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, saleable, and with all tickets attached.
- MÉLISSA DEVAUX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if the returned product is in “like new” condition.
- Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
- Pack your return securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose your invoice.
- When your package is ready, you can ship it via DHL or any other postal service of your choice to our following address:

- You will receive a confirmation email when we have received the product(s). We will also email you if the return is eligible for a refund. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed.
Refunds in the form of the original payment can take up to a week to be credited to your bank account, following the email you receive confirming acceptance of your return.
If your return is not accepted by Mélissa Devaux, due to non-fulfilled return conditions, you will be informed by e-mail and no refund will be made where you will be offered to keep the item purchased as is.
ATTENTION!
Shipping and customs clearance charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, return postage and customs clearance costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
